Samsung One UI 7 Update


Samsung One UI 7 is Samsung's next major software update, introduced at Galaxy Unpacked on February 7 and boasting several exciting new features to your Galaxy phone.

Samsung guarantees at least four years of One UI updates (five for S21 series devices) and operating system upgrades on most mid range Galaxy devices.

Galaxy AI

Samsung is betting big on artificial intelligence with the One UI 7.0 upgrade, featuring powerful features, simplified controls, and providing a preview of an scalable AI ecosystem that will drive mobile experience in the near future.

Galaxy AI is now available on many of Samsung's latest phones and foldables, as well as some older devices. If yours is being updated, navigate to Settings, About phone and System updates (depending on model) - any updates should automatically download once available and Samsung will inform users via notifications and announcements via its official channels of their progress.

Bixby

Bixby virtual assistant will receive a more tailored approach with the One UI 7 update, offering voice command suggestions based on your usage and device history. Furthermore, this feature can suggest other Bixby features like trending commands in your area or hint commands in Bixby Capsules.

Bixby now makes streaming video from your Galaxy phone to a connected television even simpler by offering this new capability to mirror content directly onto it - simply by saying, "show this on my TV."
